Apprenticeship ceremony at the FRÄNKISCHE Group

22 trainees and dual students were formally released and are now embarking on their professional future.

“Your apprenticeship or studies are one of the most important phases in your life, during which you have not only acquired professional skills, but also grown personally,” said Julius Kirchner (Owner and CEO of the FRÄNKISCHE Group) at the graduation ceremony. “We as a company are particularly proud that we were able to accompany you during this phase.” In addition to Julius Kirchner, Otto Kirchner ( Managing Partner FRÄNKISCHE Group), the training managers and representatives of the vocational schools, the works council and HR also congratulated the newly qualified specialists.

Once again this year, a number of trainees performed particularly well. The modern training workshop, excellent training conditions and comprehensive support offer the best conditions for this.
“Remember that success is not a straight line - there are ups and downs, but with determination and perseverance you can achieve a lot. The FRÄNKISCHE Group offers numerous opportunities for committed young talents to develop their careers,” Kirchner continues.

The following were awarded their certificates: the electronics technicians for automation technology Julian Ruß and Oliver Korn, the IT specialist for system integration Benet Berisha, the warehouse logistics specialists Kevin Marco Hess and Leandro Schiavo, the industrial clerks Melissa Thieler, Konstanze Belz, Laura Häfner, Luis Reitwiesner and Elena Lurz, the industrial mechanics Muslim Albak, Kevin Rübig, Jan Senff and Philipp Welsch, the process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology Philip Schneider, Sven Horn, Maximilian Seck, Niklas Reinwand and Florian Wandtke as well as the dual students Antonia Karch, Jannik Lutz and Jonathan Lurz.
