Talent management

Our employees are crucial to the success of our company. That is why we promote specialist, leadership and management skills, soft skills, foreign languages and much more through a wide range of training programs. This gives all employees the opportunity to further develop and realize their potential.

Flexible working hours

Flexible working time models and remote working have been an important part of our organization for many years in order to best meet the private needs of our employees. Not only does this make it easier to harmonize work and family life, it also promotes motivation and health.

Vacation program for employees' children

At some facilities, we offer a vacation program for our employees' children to take the pressure off them. For example, at our Königsberg headquarters. Here, children aged 5 to 12 are always looked after by educational specialists and our mascot FRÄNKI during the first two weeks of the summer break.

Tutoring for employees' children and trainees

Parents with schoolchildren know it all too well: too little time, difficult homework and children whose heads are spinning. That is why we support our employees at our German facilities with the @ubiMaster tutoring app. Our trainees can also use the tutoring service free of charge.

FRÄNKISCHE Employee Foundation

Because in a family you support each other.

Need has many faces. It comes unexpectedly, can affect anyone and does not discriminate. This is why the FRÄNKISCHE Employee Foundation was established in 2017. It helps employees at the Königsberg headquarters and their immediate family members who find themselves in need through no fault of their own due to illness, accident or other strokes of fate. The foundation is regularly included in fundraising campaigns. This has already enabled us to help numerous employees quickly and unbureaucratically.

Anyone of us can quickly and unexpectedly find himself or herself in an emergency situation or in need of support due to illness. I can help these colleagues directly through my work in the foundation. That is very important to me personally. Because the only mistake we can make is to do nothing.

Social Commitment

As a family enterprise, we also see our responsibility in strengthening our environment. Long-term partnerships based on trust and sustainable action are particularly important to us. This is why we have specifically supported individual projects for many years.

What we do

  • Donations in cash and in kind for local social and charitable institutions, organizations and projects, e. g. for socially disadvantaged children, young people and families

  • Cooperation with kindergartens, schools and universities in the area, e. g. company tours, internships, student projects

  • Blood donation campaigns, free preventive health examinations and consultations

  • Environmental protection projects and activities in the region, e. g. waste collection at road sections, reforestation of nature reserves

  • Support for clubs and voluntary organizations, e. g. sports clubs, voluntary fire brigades
