Training starts at the FRÄNKISCHE Group

| by Frauke Barnofsky

The new recruits were welcomed with a special program designed to help them get started: They started with a joint hike to the Königsberg castle ruins, where they were able to enjoy their breakfast with an impressive view of their future workplace. After a few games with the mentors to get to know each other, they returned to the company premises, where Julius Kirchner, owner & CEO of the FRÄNKISCHE Group, personally greeted the new trainees and students and welcomed them to the #yellowfamily.

Varied introductory week

There is still a lot to do in the coming days: The trainees and students will explore the company at a company rally and get to know each other even better at a team training session. Onboarding started at the beginning of the year with a welcome event to which the parents of the new recruits were also invited, and they got to know their trainers at a BBQ event a few weeks before the official start of training.
